How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders have a 1 day processing timebefore the order ships out. Once shipped, most packages will be delivered within 2-3 business days.Shipping times will be longer during the holiday seasons.We no longer ship internationally.
How do I track my order?
We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I get a refund if I don't receive my package but the tracking says it has been delivered?
No. Once the tracking status shows as delivered by the carrier, Leather & Cotton is no longer responsible for the package. You will have open with USPS or whichever carrier delivered your package.If you order more than one item, you mayreceive the items at different times. Do not be alarmed if one item shows up and the other has not yet been delivered.
I emailed your customer service team, but they haven't gotten back to me. What do I do?
Our email system works in chronological order of when the email is placed. Emailing multiple times will only put you further back in our email queue. The best thing you can do is be patient, and a customer service rep will get back to you within 2 business days. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please contact us via Facebook or Instagram, as it is possible your email was sorted into our spam folder.
Why don't you offer customer service over the phone?
We have a small customer service team, so it would be impossible for us to give the quality of customer service via phone that we try to give every customer. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have on the live chat or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return a clearance item I purchased for a refund?
All clearance items are final sale.They cannot be returned or exchangedfor a different size. These items have a notice on their product page about the no-return policy.
How do I choose the correct size for me?
All of our items have more of a slim fit, but otherwise the fit is normal. So, if you normally wear a US Medium jacket, you can expect that our US Medium will fit you just fine. If you are stuck between two sizes, please choose the next size up, as our garments are slim fit.
